A passion sparked by Nature and the Early Years
My journey as a children's author is deeply rooted in my love for the natural world and the emerging autonomy of children. Their curiosity and unique perspectives fuel my imagination and inspire the characters and settings you'll find in my books.With over a decade of experience in Early Childhood, I was compelled to write stories that children would enjoy that also had themes that could be extended on within the learning space.
More than just stories: Creating Connection
I hope my stories foster a sense of connection – connection with nature, connection with each other, and connection with your own imagination. Reading should be an experience that brings joy, sparks conversation, and leaves you feeling inspired. I hope my books encourage children to embrace these values and create a positive impact on the world around them.

Finding our place in the world
My characters and stories aspire to build a connection between the world as we see it and the possibilities of what could be. I hope they invoke a sense of wonder and responsibility to the world around us, as well as the importance of dreaming big and following your passions.
I hope my affinity for rhyme creates stories that bring children the same joy to read as i find in writing them.
